Refunds are issued if we fail to deliver the services as promised or in the case of unresolved critical technical issues caused by us.

All refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date to be considered.

Services that are customized or fulfilled digitally are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
